Easily add documents from multiple locations
Loading documents into the compareDocs interface is made easy through multiple integration points. Add documents directly from Microsoft Office, Outlook, leading document management systems, and Windows file systems. Or, simply drag-and-drop files directly into the compareDocs user interface and press Compare.
Compare without needing to convert to PDF
Unlike most other tools, with compareDocs, you can compare across different file formats without the need to convert them. Just drag the documents onto the interface, select your output settings and click Compare.
A Comparison Report shows the differences between the documents. Choose to display changes as a traditional Redline or marked up with Track Changes in a PDF or Word document.
Single-click comparison workflows
compareDocs offers single-click workflows that reduce complexity and inefficiencies in document comparison. Users have an email comparison report as Word or PDF with source documents attached workflow, allowing them to collaborate internally with minimal clicks.
Image-based files no longer slow down the document comparison process. compareDocs automatically detects low levels of text and OCRs the file once you click Compare.
