Three applications in one
With pdfDocs, day-to-day tasks for legal professionals can be completed quickly and efficiently whether working in Single Document, Organizer Project, or Binder Project mode.
Single document mode allows users to open and work with a single instance of a PDF document. Users can edit, annotate and mark up the document or open multiple instances of PDF documents, allowing a faster, simpler way of interacting with documents.
Organizer Project mode allows users to add documents from a variety of sources (email attachments, Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Windows file system, or document management system) to a workspace, referred to as an Organizer Project, which can be saved to a local or network drive. The content within the Organizer Project can be re-arranged and edited using a variety of editing and markup tools; pages and documents can be checked/unchecked for inclusion in the collated set; users can apply wateBatess, bates numbering, headers/footers and stationery to the document.
Binder Project mode automates the process of converting and assembling vast amounts of documents into a single or multi PDF document, which can be distributed to clients or third parties quickly and securely.
